When will you ship my order?

Once receiving your order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. - excluding weekends and Public Holidays. I run my shop independently, and I also have a 9-5, so it may take a little longer to ship your order. Thank you for your support and patience!

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for UK orders 

Please allow 4-6 weeks for International orders.

These are estimated timings; sometimes, packages take a little longer or a bit less time. Sometimes, there are delays with the Royal Mail postal services, so please be patient. Your parcel will arrive! However, please contact me via email with your order # and full name if it doesn’t arrive in those time frames!

Where do you ship to?

I ship my products to the UK, non-EU Countries, the US, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa.

EU customers

Please use my Etsy shop to place I ship my products to the UK, non-EU Countries, the US, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Africa.

Customs and import taxes

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Yes, I do accept returns on stickers and art prints. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item and send your items back within 14 days of delivery. The Lego Prints are final sale, I don't accept exchanges, cancellations or refunds for these items.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations. However, if your items arrive damaged or I've forgotten a part of your order, please contact me to arrange a replacement order contact me!

Is the packaging recyclable?

Totally! I wrapped all stickers and art prints in glassine bags and paper and placed them in a thick envelope. The Lego Prints are all wrapped in paper and shipped in rolled in a long box. The envelopes, long box and packaging are all recyclable. Unfortunately, the shipping labels and sticker backing aren't recyclable, so you will need to dispose of these items in the regular bin.

Do you have a P.O. BOX I can send stuff to?
